saturday's a pretty busy day.
it's because since our candlelight is coming up, i had to get my outfit and shoes ready. and my mom decided to visit metro market market for a new shopping experience.
when we reached market2, i was like "woah, there weren't THAT many people. not as much as i expected". little did i know that it was still a bit early.
so i was giddy and excited since i really want to go shopping really bad. but then... the three of us (mom, i and chiara) got hungry, so we headed for yellowcab, since i was suddenly craving for some pizza.
we ordered the 10" ny's finest, then hot wings. God, i was totally PIGGING OUT! yeahh! it's so fun. wahoo. imagine, i ate 2 hot wings and 4 slices of pizza ata! plus a bit of choco ice cream! wooossshhhh.
after that, we headed to the department store to look for a blanket for chiara, and to look at some furnitures. talk about major suspense. haha. i got pretty bummed so i went to their music store. gosh, they don't have YELLOWCARD! and they don't even have these things where you can preview the cds...you know what i mean. so mean. tsk tsk tsk. then after that, chiara went to the toy side of the dep't store, and it took her a lot of time to JUST LOOK AROUND. soo annoying. plus, i had to let her look around since i hate it soo much when she gets cranky. i hate it to the first degree. eh tapos, we saw this another toy store...and you know what happened next.
after all the suspense, we went to the fashion market side of marketmarket. there are a lot of mouth-watering clothes, but i couldn't care less about them since all i want to do is get my outfit, fast.
if you guys know me well, you'd know that if i want something, i'd get it. and now, that characteristic of mine, applies.
y'all want to know why?
because i have my mind set on wearing a PINK outfit. yes, a PINK outfit. funny thing is, i don't know why. i want to wear pink because I feel like it. i am soo weird. so anyways, i want a... PINK SKIRT. PINK.SKIRT. demanding? very demanding.
i have never tried on so many stuff in my life.
and after my quest for the perfect pink skirt...(plus top)...
i ended up with this large, ultra-cute belt.
WEIRD?
you know what happened? we eventually gave up on shopping there, since there were really a lot of people, and the stores where you can rely on having THE outfit, don't have THE OUTFIT. so it's kinda frustrating.
how i ended up with the belt? it's like this. we were looking around at paper dolls, and i tried on atleast three outfits. i liked the two skirts, but mom said, let's just go and look. and then she showed me this belt, and i liked it A LOT, so we bought it.
it's pretty cool though, the belt, i mean. 'cause, you can wear it over any skirt, mini, daisy dukes, pants, jeans...you name it! yes, it's uber versatile. i lurrve it.
then, we all decided to go to atc. i don't have to relay EVERYTHING that happened, since it's pretty much going to be a bore.i'd just tell the part when i got the outfit.
okay, we went to plains and prints, and tried on atleast five outfits, when i found this skirt (which, if you think about it, is actually plain. but i like it, actually. ) which is pinkish-lilacish in color. i liked it, and set my mind to buying it. you know what's the problem? finding the right top. then we found this white blouse with a plunging neckline and ruffles on the sleeves. it's soo cute. but i want to wear a bolero over it. :D.
then, we looked for shoes. looked everywhere, until we reached celine. we got this cute, 1 inch heeled red ballet flats. red suede (is that what it's called? suede), actually. so, technically, they're not flats anymore. =)). it looks kinda out of place with the color of the outfit, but it doesn't have to be in-sync with the colors of the clothes. that's what it makes it interesting.
after that, we went to sm (it's sale, so there's a LOT of people) then headed to national bookstore, to buy this drawing pad that chiara needs. then i bought one too. then after that, i bought this book about mythology.
after alllll thaaat, we went home! wahoooo.
but mom and i have to leave pa since we're going to watch memoirs of a geisha...
greeaaat movie. =))
